About

Evans River Rugby Club (ERRC) has been a proud but yet relatively new rugby club situated on the Far North Coast of NSW, Australia. Playing in the FNC Village Competition, Evans River plays against other village rugby clubs such as:Bangalow, Iluka, Kyogle, Woolgoolga, Yamba, Byron Bay & Mullumbimby. ERRC has been running now for 5 years and as the club enters it’s 6th season the club has a very strong history, with club making it to the Grand Final 3 times already.

The club was originally formed in 2004 after Evans Head locals were tired of travelling to and from other towns just to get a game of rugby on the weekend. Starting off small, the club was able to produce not only a successful Opens team but over the last 2 years form an U19s side which competed in the FNC grade competition.

Just recently ERRC pleased to announce the Killer Whales will also be represented with both U8s & 10s sides in the junior rugby competition.
